The Append Documents allows you to attach documents that are associated with the flight and also detach the document that is no longer needed.
1. Navigate to Flights > click Actions on the row of the flight you wish to append/ detach documents.
The Actions dropdown list is displayed.
2. Click Append Documents.
The Append Existing Documents To Flight dialog is displayed.
The Filter can be used optionally to view only the documents associated with the flight you wish to view.
3. Select the name of the customer you wish to access the document from the Customer dropdown list.
4. Select the name of the project you wish to access the document from the Project dropdown list.
5. Enter the reference number of the document in the Ref. Number field.
6. Select the type of document from the Document Type dropdown list.
7. Click Filter.
The list of documents matching the filter criteria is displayed.
8. If you wish to sort the document list, select the criteria from the Order By dropdown list.
9. Click Append on the document you wish to attach to the flight.
The document is appended to the flight and can be viewed in the Attachments section of Flight Overview page.
Note:
To detach a document that is appended to the flight, navigate to Flight Overview> Attachments and click Detach against the appended document.
To edit the form attached, navigate to Flight Overview> Attachments and click Form against the appended document.
To edit the document attached, navigate to Flight Overview> Attachments and click against the appended document.
