You can attach existing documents to a mission that are needed for authorization of the flight or generating documents.
1. Navigate to Plan Missions.
The Org Open missions page is displayed.
2. Click More Info > Actions.
A dropdown list will be displayed.
3. Click Append Doc.
The Append Existing Documents to Flight dialog will be displayed.
Note: You can use the filter option to filter the documents to refine the search for the required document or skip this option as needed.
4. Select the name of the customer from the Customer dropdown list.
5. Select the name of the project from the Project dropdown list.
6. Enter the reference number of the document you wish to filter in the Ref Number field.
7. Select the type of document from the Document Type dropdown list.
The documents are filtered according to the filter criteria.
8. Click Append on the document you wish to attach to the mission.
The document is appended.
Note: To detach the document that is appended, click Detach on the document you wish to remove.
