How to View Mission Details?

You can view the mission details for all the missions created in your organization.


1.  Navigate to Plan Missions > click More Info on the mission you wish to view the details.


The Org Open Missions page is displayed with more details and operations that can be performed on the mission selected.




2.  Click Actions Details


The Upcoming Mission Overview page is displayed. 

 


Note:  You can also navigate to the Upcoming Mission Overview page by clicking the name of the required mission on the Plan Mission page. 


The Upcoming Mission Overview page has 5 sections.


  • Upcoming Mission Overview - Shows the mission name and allows you to request internal approval, clone, generate report, share/ unshare, and edit the mission details.



For more information, refer to the following sections.


  • Airspace Check - Shows valid airspace authorization ID for operations in controlled airspace, the date and time of last modification of authorization, the details of the airspace authorization, and the approval status.



Note:  To view the details of the airspace authorization, click Details.  


The authorization details are opened in a new tab for you to print or download the report.



  • Mission Details - Shows the following.

    • The time and date of the flight taken in the mission.

    • The drone details such as details of the drone used for the mission such as the name, airworthiness, serial number, reference number, and type of flight.

    • The location of the mission.

    • The project for which the mission is done.

    • The authorization details such as the approval status, date and time of approval, type of flight, operation type, and maximum altitude.

    • The personnel involved in the mission.

    • The batteries and equipment used.

    • The personnel protective equipment used.

    • The weather conditions during the mission.  You can refresh or view the visual forecast of the weather condition by clicking Refresh or View Forecast respectively.



  • Documents - Allows you to append documents, add flight documents, upload documents, and detach all the documents.  You can also validate all the checklists and view the details of the attached documents.




Note:  You can detach all the documents that are appended to the mission by clicking Detach All Docs OK in the Document Attachment dialog.

  • Flight Area - Allows you to access the area details set for the flight in a mission, aeronautical chart, edit the flight area, and export the flight area details as KML file.


On mouse over the flight area in the map, the contingency buffer, ground risk buffer, and floor and ceiling levels set for the flight area are displayed.



Note:  Check the box View Aeronautical Chart on the map to view it.
