How to View the Incident Details?

You can view the list of incidents that happened during flights in your DroneLogbook account and view the related overviews.


1.  Navigate to Incidents.


All Incidents page is displayed.



2.  Click the Cause column in the row of the incident you wish to view.


The Incident Overview page is displayed. 



In the Incident Overview page, you can edit the incident and upload attachments such as pictures, documents, forms, and tracking notes.

3.  Click the Drone column in the row of the incident you wish to view.


The Drone Overview page is displayed.



For more information, refer to the Inventory section.


4.  Click the Personnel column in the row of the incident you wish to view.


The personnel details dialog is displayed.

5.  Click the Location column in the row of the incident you wish to view.


The Location Overview dialog is displayed.



For more details, refer to the Inventory Overview.


6.  Click the Client column in the row of the incident you wish to view.


The Project Overview dialog is displayed.

7.  Click More Info in the row of the incident you wish to view.


The incident description is displayed.
