How to View and Manage Member Profile?

On the Orgs Personnel page, you can view and manage member (pilots and other users) profiles. 


1.  Navigate to Personnel > Org Personnel


The Orgs Personnel page is displayed.



2.  Scroll down to the personnel table.



3.  To view a pilot or member profile, either click the name of the member or the Details button in the row of that member.


The member profile is displayed.



The widgets that are displayed are as follows.



  • Total Flying Time - This widget shows the total number of hours the pilot has clocked in the last 90 days.

  • Total Flights - This widget shows the total number of flights that pilot has taken in the last 90 days.

  • Add External Currency Data - You can click this button to add the external flight data that is not logged in the system currently and also use the form to batch flights.  For more details, refer to How to Add External Currency Data?

  • Pilot Summary Report - You can click this button to generate a Pilot Summary Report.  For more information, refer to the following sections:




  • Flights & Flying Times - This widget shows the number of flights and number of flying hours for the year chosen.  By default, the current year is chosen.  On mouse over, the statistics for the flight and the flying hours are displayed.





  • Flight Per Drone - This widget shows the number of flights taken per drone used by the pilot.  On mouse over, the data for the flight and the flyings hours for the specific drone is displayed.



  • Flights Per Role - This widget shows the flights taken by the member in different roles.  On mouse over, the data for the flights taken per role is displayed.



  • Flights Per Flight Type - This widget shows the number of flights and total time taken by the flights based on the flight types.  On mouse over, the data for the flights taken per flight type is displayed.


        


  • Flights Per Operation Type - This widget shows the number of flights and total time taken by the flights based on the operation type.  On mouse over, the data for the flights taken per operation type is displayed.


        


  • Flights Per Drone Models - This widget shows the number of flights and total time taken by the flights based on the drone models.  On mouse over, the data for the flights taken per drone models are displayed.


        


4.  Scroll down to Attachments.


The Attachments section allows you to view and manage flight timeline, documents, skills, incidents, and approved UAS.

  • Flight Timeline - This section shows the flights made by the member.  You can view any flight details by clicking  on it.

  • Skills - This section shows the different personnel skills of the member.

  • Recent Incidents - This section shows the recent incidents on flight of the member.

  • Approved UAS - This section shows all the personnel approved UAS of the member.
