How to Add/ Edit Tracking Notes in Incident Details?

You can add tracking notes for the incidents of your flight.


1.  Navigate to Incidents.


All Incidents page is displayed.



2.  Click Actions Detail in the row of the incident that you wish to upload a document.


The Incident Overview page is displayed.



3.  Click Tracking Notes in the Attachments section. 

4.  Click Add Note


The Add Note dialog is displayed. 



5.  Enter a brief note in the Your Notes textbox. 

6.  Check the box Send Email Notification To if you wish to send a notification through email. 

7.  Select the user you wish to send the email to in the Send Email Notification To dropdown list.

8.  Click Add


The note is added to the incidents.


Note:  

  • You can edit the tracking note added by clicking  icon on the note you wish to edit.
  • You can remove the tracking note that is no longer needed by clicking Delete on the note you wish to delete.
