You can add a new incident that occurred during a flight in your DroneLogbook account to maintain a record of the incidents.
1. Navigate to Incidents.
The Incidents page is displayed.
2. Click Add Incident.
The Incident Overview dialog is displayed.
3. Select the date of the incident you wish to add from the Incident Date calendar.
4. Select the cause of the incident from the Incident Cause dropdown list.
5. Select the status of review from the Review Status dropdown list.
6. Select the location of the incident from the Location dropdown list.
7. Select the drone from the Drone dropdown list.
8. Select the name of the project from the Project dropdown list.
9. Select the personnel involved in the incident from the Organization Personnel Involved dropdown list.
10. Click Next.
The Incident Description dialog is displayed.
11. Enter a brief description about the aircraft damage in the Aircraft Damage textbox.
12. Enter a brief description of the other damages in the Other Damage textbox.
13. Enter a brief description about the incident in the Description textbox.
14. Enter any sudden incursions that caused the incident in the Incursions textbox.
15. Click Add.
The incident is added.
Note: You can update any incident by clicking icon in the row of the incident you wish to edit.
