You can add or edit a member to your organization in DroneLogbook.
1. Navigate to Personnel > Org Personnel.
The Orgs Personnel page is displayed.
2. Click Add Person.
The Person Overview dialog is displayed.
Note: The fields in light blue color such as Full Name*, Email*, Country*, Time Zone*, New Password*, and Confirm New Password* are mandatory.
3. Enter the member’s full name in the Full Name field.
4. Enter the member’s email address in the Email field.
5. Enter the phone number in the Phone field.
6. Enter the member’s title in the Title field.
7. Select the name of the member’s country from the Country dropdown list.
8. Select the relevant time zone from the Time Zone dropdown list.
9. Check the box Imperial Unit (Default Metric) if you want to set the default metric system as imperial unit.
10. Enter the password for the member’s account in the New Password field.
11. Confirm the password by re-entering the same in the Confirm New Password field.
12. Select the role you wish to assign from the Roles dropdown list.
13. Check the box External User if the account is related to an external pilot of your organization.
Note: No validation email is sent.
14. Enter a note for the member in the Description textbox.
15. Click Add.
The member is added to the Personnel list.
Note: To edit the member details, click icon in the row of the member you wish to update and make the necessary changes.
