How to Create a Report?

You can generate a report in your DroneLogbook account to create a pilot report, compliance report, and many more reports based on your needs.  


Note:  The ability to create reports is based on the users’ access (not the access level of the person in the report).


In the following example, we are generating the Custom Operations Report.  You can follow similar steps to generate other reports.


1.  Navigate to Report / Import > Reports (PDF). 


The Generate a Report page is displayed. 

 


2.  Click Create Report under Custom Operations Reporting


The Generate Customs Operations Report dialog is displayed.



3.  Select the start date from when the report has to be generated from the From calendar dropdown. 

4.  Select the end date up to when the report has to be generated from the To calendar dropdown. 

5.  Check the box Include Flight Types: “Test”, “Training” and “Hobby/Entertainment” to include the type of flight in the report generation.

6.  Check the box Exclude Stimulator Flights to exclude the flights that are stimulators. 

7.  Check the box Remove Flight IGC/KML Links to remove the links of KML/ IGC flights. 

8.  Check the box Display the Total count header if you wish the total count header to be displayed in the report generation. 

9.  Check the box Flights, Incidents, and Locations to include flights, any incidents during the flights, and the flight locations in the report generation. 

10.  Select the drone to filter the data for report generation from the Filter by Drone dropdown list. 

11.  Enter the Id for the external case to filter the data for report generation in the By External Case ID field. 

12.  Select customer to filter the data based on a specific customer for the report from the By Customer dropdown list. 

13.  Select project to filter the data based on a specific project for the report from the By Project dropdown list. 

14.  Select operation to filter the data based on a specific operation for the report from the By Operations downtown list. 

15.  Select legal rule to filter the data based on the legal rule for a report from the By Legal Rule dropdown list. 

16.  Select personnel to filter the data based on specific personnel for report from the By Personnel dropdown list. 

17.  Select role to filter the data based on roles for report generation from the By Role dropdown list. 

18.  Check the box Operation with Drone Inspection/Part Replacement Overdue if needed. 

19.  Click Generate


The Custom Operations Report is generated.
