How to Mass Edit Flight Data?

You can edit the details of multiple flights in case of any errors or lack of information when entering flight details.

1.  Navigate to Flights > Mass Edit.

The Flight Mass-Edit page is displayed. 

2.  Select the flights that you wish to edit from the list of flights.  You can refine the list of flights by clicking  icon to filter them.

The Filter dialog is displayed.

3.  Select the date from when you wish to view the flights from the Flight Date From calendar.

4.  Select the date up to when you wish to view the flights from the To calendar.

5.  Enter the range of flight numbers in the Flight Number From To fields.

6.  Select the name of the project from the Project dropdown list. 

7.  Select the drone from the Drone dropdown list.

8.  Select the type of flight from the Flight Type dropdown list.

9.  Select the name of the pilot from the Pilot dropdown list.

10.  Select the name of the customer from the Customer dropdown list.

11.  Select the time the flight had taken place from the Time of Day dropdown list.

12.  Check the box Show Flight With if you wish to view flights with a duration less than a minute and a maximum altitude equal to 0.

13.  Enter the values for the range of maximum altitude of the flights in the Max Altitude From To fields.

14.  Enter the values for the distance traveled by the flight in the Distance Traveled From To fields.

15.  Check the box Include Plan Mission to include plan missions of the flights in the filter.

16.  Check the box Has Import Status to filter flights that have import status.

17.  Click Filter.

The flights are filtered based on the criteria set in the filter.

18.  Select the flights from the list of flights.

19.  Make the necessary changes under the Flight Details, Flight Personnel, and Equipment On-Board sections.

20.  Click Update.

The flights are updated.

Note:  You can delete multiple flights by clicking Delete Flights after selecting the flights that are no longer needed.  The flight serial numbers will be constant and will not change even if the flights are deleted.
