You can mass import data to your DroneLogbook account to save time and also export data from your account to use offline or for backup purposes.
1. Navigate to Report / Import > Import / Export (CVS).
The Import and Export Data page is displayed.
2. Click the Mass-Importer button on the data you wish to import.
The CSV Mass-Import page is displayed.
3. Download the template from the link, dronelogbook-flight.csv.
The CSV file is downloaded.
Note:
Must follow the format of this template dronelogbook-flight.csv.
Must keep the first line, header with name of columns.
The file must be saved as CSV (type text/csv) and UTF8 encoding.
All customer information must stay in one line.
The Flight Type column must contain a value from: "Commercial - Mapping/Survey", "Commercial - Inspection", "Commercial - Photo/Video", "Commercial - Other", "Test Flight", "Training Flight", "Maintenance", "Hobby - Entertainment", "Emergency".
The column Drone GUID represents the drone internal identifier found on the drone detail page (Example: 3F1C9E0D-9035-400F-A11C-D6B818DEB1DD). You should first create it from your drone list to import flight with drones not yet in your inventory.
The column Equipment GUID represents a space delimiter equipment and battery internal identifier list found on the equipment / battery detail page (Example: 3F1C9E0D-9035-400F-A11C-D6B818DEB1DD 6H1C9E0D-9035-400F-A11C-D6B818DEB1DD).
The Flight GUID represents the flight internal identifier found on the flight detail page (Example: 3F1C9E0D-9035-400F-A11C-D6B818DEB1DD). This value is empty while creating a new flight in the system.
The fields Location GUID, Customer GUID, and Project GUID represent the location, customer, and project internal identifier found on the detail page of the data (Example: 3F1C9E0D-9035-400F-A11C-D6B818DEB1DD).
The field Operation Type must be set to one of these values: VLOS, LTS, EVLOS, BVLOS, AUTONOMOUS, FPV or OVER_PEOPLE.
4. Fill the template with the bulk information to import following the notes given above and rename the file.
5. Now, on the CSV Mass-Import page, click Choose File to upload the data csv file.
The Open dialog is displayed.
6. Select the file needed from your system.
7. Click Open.
The file is uploaded.
8. Click Upload file.
The data is mass imported.
9. To export data, click Export (file name).
The csv file is downloaded on the status bar of your screen.
