The Batteries section displays all the information related to batteries used in drone operations in your organization. You can add new batteries, mass-import battery information, clone , and edit the battery details. The batteries can be searched and filtered based on their status categorization as airworthy, maintenance, and retired.
1. Navigate to Inventory > Batteries.
The Batteries page is displayed.
The Batteries page has 2 sections:
Batteries overview - Shows the statistics of the total number of batteries listed in your organization and the number of batteries in each of the 3 categories they belong to. The batteries are categorized into airworthy, maintenance, and retired. You can mass import and add batteries here.
All Battery - Shows a list of all the batteries listed in your organization and allows you to manage their data. You can search batteries or filter the list of batteries to easily access the data you need.
Information about Battery cycles count:
The battery record can maintain 2 cycles counts.
The "Smart battery” cycles count is only available for some manufacturer like DJI.
Some DJI models Flight logs contain the current battery cycles count : noted as “Smart#” in the screens.
So when a smart battery cycle count is set (automatically updated when you import a flight log) : you don’t need to enter Battery Cycles manually.
For other batteries (with Smart# empty), you have to enter manually a battery cycle record, when the pilot/technician effectively charges the battery.
