Similar to documents, you can add forms to a project to attach them to the current and future flights of that project.
1. Navigate to Projects.
The Projects page is displayed.
2. Select Add Form from the Actions dropdown list in the row of the project that you wish to add a document.
The Add New Document dialog is displayed.
3. Select the predefined form from the Custom Form Documents dropdown list.
4. Click Add Custom Form and add the necessary details in the fields.
