A seat is needed for each pilot that is active during a month (or any other user that needs to access all features). An active pilot is one who records a flight that month (regardless of whether or not they signed in, it just means a flight has been assigned to them). If you have a scenario where you only have 10 active pilots a month but 15 pilots in your company then you only need 10 seats. You would reassign the seats to the new pilots at the beginning of each month (In essence transfer the seat each month).
The Seat page allows you to add or remove seats related to your organization.
1. Navigate to Your Profile > Seat.
Your Subscription Seats page is displayed.
