You can add seats to the members of your organization based on the functionality access needed by them.
Note:
Only the organization admin can assign seats.
Only a free seat can be assigned to a user. If no seats are available, you need to purchase the applicable seat.
The users can complete a mission or access reports only if a seat is assigned to them.
1. Navigate to Your Profile > Seat.
Your Subscription Seats page is displayed.
Note: All seats must expire on the same date. To add new seats you need to cancel your current subscription (No data is lost) and resubscribe to the new number of seats. You will be prorated a credit for the portion of the original subscription not used. The new subscription then commences for the period of the subscription for all seats. For more information, refer to How to Upgrade/ Renew/ Add seats?
2. Click Add Seat on the row of the user you wish to assign the seat.
The Confirmation dialog is displayed.
3. Click OK.
The seat is assigned to the selected user.
