How to Upgrade/ Renew/ Add Seats?

You can renew/ upgrade your subscription to avail more features on your DroneLogbook account as needed.  You can also purchase additional seats for more users in your organization. 

1.  Navigate to Your profile > Subscription.

Your Subscription page is displayed.  

2.  Click Upgrade/ Renew/ Add Seats.

The Pricing page is displayed.

3.  Select the plan you wish to upgrade to.

4.  Click Upgrade.

Note: 

• You must cancel the existing subscription before upgrading to the new one. 

• You can add seats when the seats are all filled in your account.

• When upgrading a plan, the following logic for billing is applied.

  • When an individual account with Free subscription is converted to Paid subscription, no special conditions are applied.

  • When an account with Pro subscription is converted to Enterprise subscription, the following conditions are applied.

    • The payment to be paid is the difference between the prorated amount left on the original account and the cost of the new account.

• The Cancel option is available when you try to upgrade.

The Cancel dialog is displayed.

5.  Click Cancel.

Provide the necessary payment information and approve the upgrade process. 

Your subscription will be upgraded.

Note: If you downgrade the plan and your credit is less than the new subscription then there is no issue. If you downgrade the plan and the subscription is LESS than the new subscription contact us as we have to manually adjust the credit.
