How to Approve/ Reject a Mission Request?

You can approve a mission request if you have the Admin role.



1.  Navigate to Plan Missions. 


The Org Open missions page is displayed. 





2.  Click the name of the mission with Pending status that you wish to approve.


The Upcoming Mission Overview page is displayed.





3.  Click Approval.


The Mission Approval dialog is displayed.





4.  Select I reject/ I approve to either reject or approve the mission respectively.

5.  Enter your digital signature in the Signature field.


Note:  The Your Name and Your Role fields are auto-populated, however, you can make changes if required.


6.  Enter a brief note regarding the approval/ rejection of the mission in the Notes field.

7.  Click Save.


The mission is approved/ rejected based on your approval decision.
