This feature has been discontinued by Autel
Your Autel account has a quota that sets the maximum number of logs you can store on their cloud. When this quota is attained, your Autel Cloud Sync feature may be disabled.
Using the Autel Explorer auto-sync feature, you can directly activate automatic log synchronization with your DroneLogbook/Safety Drone account.
For further assistance please contact Autel support at support@autelrobotics.com.
To activate the auto-sync feature, follow the steps below.
1. Install the latest Autel Explorer app on your mobile and log in to your account.
The Home screen is displayed.
2. Click Flight Records.
The Flight Records page is displayed.
3. Click the icon.
The Login screen is displayed.
4. Click Dronelogbook.
The Login Dronelogbook screen is displayed.
5. Enter your DroneLogbook credentials in the respective fields.
Note that you must also enter the Private Server URL if your account is on SafetyDrone, DroneLogbook Australia, DroneLogbook AG edition or any Private server. URL Format must be entered following this format :
SafetyDrone: https://www.safetydrone.org
DroneLogbook AU: https://www.dronelogbook.net.au
DroneLogbook AG: https://www.dronelogbook.ag
6. Click Login.
You are now logged in to your account.
7. When login is successfull, make a test flight and check that it appears automatically in your online Flight list.
To sync existing history flights: close completely the Explorer mobile app and reopen it. Your history flights should be also synced.
If this doesn't work, you can get the flight logs from the app and import them manually in DroneLogbook. Logs can be found usually here : Explorer>Main> Android> Autel> Autel logs
