The DroneLogbook AG Edition allows you to add your farm customers to help manage their fields.
The customers are classified as follows:
Land Owner/Crop Owner - a customer who has a farm with a set of fields to manage
Cooperative/Crop Consultant is a person who has many landowners under him to help them manage their fields
1. On the Land Owner/Crop Owner page, click Add.
The Add Customer dialog is displayed.
Note: All fields in blue color are mandatory.
2. Select the type of customer from the options Land Owner/Crop Owner or Cooperative/Crop Consultant.
3. Enter the name of the customer in the Name field.
4. Enter the email address of the customer in the Email field.
5. Enter the phone number of the customer in the Phone field.
6. Enter the name of the company in the Company Name field.
7. Enter the address line of the customer in the Address field.
8. Enter the city of the customer in the City field.
9. Enter the postal code of the customer in the Postal Code field.
10. Enter the state of the customer in the State field.
11. Select the country of the customer from the Country dropdown list.
12. Select the time zone of the customer from the Time Zone dropdown list.
13. Check the box Imperial Unit (Default Metric) if you want to set the default metric system as an imperial unit.
14. Enter/edit the password for the customer account in the Password field.
15. Confirm the password by re-entering the same in the Confirm Password field.
16. Enter any information or a description about the customer in the Description textbox.
17. Click Add.
The customer is added to your account.
Note: You can edit the customer details by clicking the icon in the customer profile.
