As an organization admin, you can set another member as admin.
1. Navigate to Personnel > Org Personnel.
The Orgs Personnel page is displayed.
2. In the row of the member profile that you want to set as the organization admin, click Set Org Admin.
The member will now become the organization admin and observe that there is a tag as ORG ADMIN above the name and also the button is now changed to Unset Org Admin clicking which the admin privileges of the member will be removed.
