You can share the details of your customer with your organization to allow your organizational personnels to access the customer information. You can also unshare the customer details that are no longer required by your team members.
1. Navigate to Customers.
The Customers page is displayed.
2. Click More Info > Share in the row of the customer you wish to share.
The Confirmation dialog is displayed.
3. Click OK.
The customer information is shared with your organization.
Note: To unshare customer information, click More Info > Unshare in the row of the customer details that you wish to stop sharing.
The Confirmation dialog is displayed to unshare the customer information.
On clicking OK, the customer details are no longer shared with your organization.
