How to Add Risk Assessment Templates?

You can add risk assessment templates to evaluate any risks that occur during a flight.

  

1.  Navigate to Documents > Risk Assessment Templates.


The Risk Assessment Templates page is displayed. 



2.  Click Add Risk Template.


The Risk Assessment Template dialog is displayed. 



3.  Enter the name of the template in the Risk Template Name field.

4.  Enter any notes if needed in the Notes textbox.

5.  Select a template from the Start Form With a dropdown list. The available risk templates are Empty Risk Assessment, Default Risk Assessment, and FRAT Template.

6.  Click Add. 


The risk template is added.



7.  Click Add Item. 


The Add Risk Assessment Item dialog is displayed. 



8.  Enter the details about the risk in the Risk textbox.

9.  Enter the consequences of the risk in the Consequence textbox.

10.  Enter the actions to be taken in the Actions textbox.

11.  Check the box Add a new section above to create a section to add similar risk items if needed.

12.  Enter the title of the section in the Section Title field.  

13.  Click Save. 


The section with the item is added to the risk assessment template.



Note:

  • You can edit an item by clicking  icon in the row of the item.

  • You can delete an item by clicking  icon in the row of the item.
